Junior KG Program (Age 4–5 Years)

The Junior KG program at Cambridge School is designed to build on the foundation laid in the Nursery stage, helping children transition into a more structured learning environment. At this age, children’s curiosity is at its peak, and our syllabus ensures their academic, social, emotional, and physical development is nurtured in a fun and engaging way.

Language Development

Recognition and writing of uppercase and lowercase letters (A–Z).
Introduction to blending sounds and forming simple words (CVC words like cat, bat, etc.).
Storytelling sessions to improve listening, comprehension, and vocabulary.
Picture reading and sentence formation for improved communication skills.

Pre-Math Skills

Recognizing and writing numbers (1–50).
Basic addition and subtraction using objects or visual aids.
Understanding concepts like more-less, before-after, and biggest-smallest.
